To heat press a patch onto a garment for game day, you'll need a heat press, the patch, a teflon sheet or parchment paper, and the garment. Preheat your heat press to 325-350°F (163-177°C) with medium to firm pressure. Pre-press the garment for 5-10 seconds to remove wrinkles. Position the patch on the garment, cover it with the teflon sheet, and press for 15-20 seconds. For a more secure bond, turn the garment inside out and press the patch area again for an additional 10-15 seconds.
